Work Place Flexibility: Onsite Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC: **This position is preferred to be based in New Orleans, LA; however, all Entergy locations across Louisiana will be considered.** JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Support Entergy Economic Development by serving as the technical lead, proactively advancing reliability strategy and outage investigation responses for Entergy’s industrial customer base. Works closely with the Operating Company Industrial Account teams to build and maintain effective long-term customer relationships by providing a high level of service reliability and customer satisfaction. Position will collaborate with various internal organizations to develop, optimize and implement capital projects that are targeted at improving overall reliability for managed transmission and distribution customers. Position must maintain strong relationships with supporting workgroups at the system and local level, including, but not limited to, Power Delivery Operations, Relay Field Operations Support, Transmission Planning, Distribution Planning and Distribution Engineering.
