Areas of responsibility: - Monthly closing activities (accrual, deferral and provision calculations and journal entries) - Ensure support in month end financial reporting of entity Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Intercompany and Tax positions and key deliverables as required - Monthly reporting and reconciliation of Intercompany positions - Internal controls and Accounts reconciliations execution on a regular basis - Ensure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIs - Recommend process improvements to ensure greater efficiency and productivity - Comply with applicable company policies and procedures - Creating robust documentation, continuously updating it, storing and sharing it with the team and the direct manager Ad-hoc support: - Provide explanations, analyses and supporting documentation for external and internal auditors - Contribution to finance department projects - Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues - Assisting the department with other fin...
