The Details: As a Regional Supervisor overseeing allocated Roads and Drains teams, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of maintenance crews. You’ll lead a team of around 15-20 Labourers and Leading Hands, ensuring smooth workflows, safe practices and efficient service delivery across Council’s sealed roads and bridge assets. - Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight - $99,135 pa (ie. $52.59/hour) + 12% super (level 5) - with a 4.5% increase coming 1 July - 72.5 hour fortnight - Location: Caboolture Key responsibilities: This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your leadership capability, broaden your technical expertise and make a meaningful contribution to the maintenance and improvement of community infrastructure.
