Senior Representative, Benefits - 26001H5 Description: JOB SUMMARY: Support the benefits team on a daily basis in regards to transactions relating to health, welfare, retirement and leaves. Answers questions and researches issues raised by employees, supervisors and application of HCC benefits policies and procedures, state and federal regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Process new benefit enrollments, status changes, maintain and update system of record for specific benefit programs, and prepare reconciliations for supplemental benefit plans. Compile benefit packets for new hire orientations, assist new employees in completion of benefit forms and follow up regarding outstanding forms and information. Review and enter ERS health and welfare benefits for new hires, family status changes and TSA and supplemental benefit elections and changes. Ensure accuracy of benefit transactions, assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain an accurate database of benefit coverage, monitoring benefit enrollments, changes and payroll deductions.
