Manager, Client Communication Consulting Vanguard has an exciting opportunity to join a team that creates and implements effective communication strategies and plans that measurably advance desired business outcomes. In this role you will Identify the best media and channels for communicating effectively and engaging various audiences. What you’ll do: Lead, hire, and develop a team of communication consultants, providing coaching, performance feedback, and support in alignment with Vanguard’s people and Human Resources practices. Partner with business leaders and plan sponsors to shape communication strategies that drive measurable outcomes. Translate business strategies and initiatives into effective messaging, prioritizing content that delivers clarity and impact for target audiences. Oversee the full communications lifecycle—including concept development, execution, measurement, and continuous refinement. Provide final review and decisions on creative content across written and visual formats.
