We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to contribute to data science initiatives focused on customer analytics , personalization , recommendation systems , next-best-action strategies, and NLP/text analytics . In this role, you will work with large-scale customer, product, content, and interaction data to develop machine learning and advanced analytics solutions that improve customer experience , support business decision-making , increase operational efficiency . You will collaborate with data scientists , machine learning engineers, data engineers , and business stakeholders across the full lifecycle of data science projects , from problem framing and exploration to model development , deployment support, monitoring , and impact assessment.
