Job description

Reporting to the Casino Operations Controller, the Cage Shift Manager directs the cashiering area in a manner that safeguards the assets of the company. This position interacts extensively with the Collections Department, Cashier Department, and Regulatory Compliance Department as well as with Casino Hosts, and Total Rewards personnel. - Manages and directs the day-to-day operations of Cage including safeguarding assets. - Guides and instructs Cage Team Members in the proper performance of their duties. - Plans, develops, and implements revised procedures to improve the efficiency and profitability of assigned areas. - Management of cashiering variance policy and subsequent disciplinary measures - Provides labor analysis and ensures efficient utilization based on business needs. - Integrates customer satisfaction strategy through anticipation of customer needs and service offerings. - Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. - Oversees and/or personally gathers all information required to establish, update, and perform periodic review of casino check cashing accounts. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Manage occasional special projects such as remo...
