We are looking for a STORE ASSOCIATE to provide excellent customer service and meet sales requirements for our thrift stores. This is a part-time, hourly position. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - High School degree or equivalent - Retail or Thrift experience preferred but not mandatory - Knowledge of cash handling and cashier procedures, helpful - Ability and willingness to learn new methods to improve skills and proficiency SCOPE OF POSITION: As part of the thrift store team, you will be tasked with a variety of jobs under the supervision of the Store Manager and/or Supervisor. These jobs may include: receiving donations, sorting, hanging clothes, pricing, stocking sales floor, arranging merchandise in displays, cash register operation, accurate money handling, processing credit cards, helping carry out purchased merchandise.
