The per diem Activities Assistant supports the Adult Day Center by helping plan and lead engaging programs that promote social, cognitive, and physical well-being for participants. This role assists with activity set-up, participation, and clean-up while ensuring a safe, supportive, hands-on peri care, and welcoming environment. Work with ADC team to ensure safety of clients, at all times. Required: Preferred: 1. 1 year of food service experience in a health care facility. 2. Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or Adult Day Care experience or relevant area.
