Permanent Regular Job Description: As Corporate Account Manager (small & medium clients) within Corporate South Team (assign territory: Bucharest, Ilfov, Ialomita, Calarasi, Prahova, Dambovita counties) you will perform activities involving sales, advice and guidance of the ordering process, as well as sales management for Pluxee services, for customers with more than 50 up to 250 employees. Also you will contribute directly to achieving the objectives of the activity by managing the sales territory and the assigned portfolio by gaining new customers and maintaining existing ones, the sales territory and the company's objectives.︍︂︂︋︎︅︋︇ What you'll be doing: •Responsible to sell company products and services, that are not currently part of the existing portfolio of clients and achieving an individual new sales quota and will executive tasks such as prospecting, qualifying opportunities, discovering prospect’s needs, recommending solutions, submitting proposals, negotiating, closing sales and building relationship with the account until it’s transferred to an Account executive’s portfolio; - Responsible for the retention of contracts and profitability with these existing clients as...
