Trainee Lawyer

We are currently recruiting a bright trainee lawyer to join our Real Estate Town Planning team within our market leading real estate group in Milan. Main duties and responsibilities: - Advising companies and public administrations on town planning, building and environmental law; - Dealing with the administrative aspects related to the authorisation processes for the construction and operation of real estate complexes; - Participation in meetings with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter. About you: - Law degree with great academic results; - Candidates will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2027; - Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English; - Minimum 6 months' experience in town planning, building and environmental law; - Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines; - Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude; - Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence.
