Description We’re pleased to announce an opportunity for the position of TXIX Case Manager , within the Senior and Independent Living Services Department. Location: Pullman, WA: Status: Full-Time: Offered Wage Range: $21.65- $23.42 per/hr. Full Wage Range: $21.65 - $57.73 per/hr. Position Summary: Provides federally regulated Medicaid case management services under Title XIX programs in compliance with federal Medicaid rules, Washington Administrative Code (WAC), and agency policy. Responsible for conducting comprehensive CARE assessments, authorizing long-term care services, issuing Planned Action Notices (PANs), and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsible for assessment of client needs, development and monitoring of service plans, makes appropriate referrals and serves as a customer advocate with other service providers.
