Job Summary: The Associate Scientist – Phlebotomist performs routine laboratory activities and licensed phlebotomy sample collection while supporting analytical testing, documentation, and quality processes in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing: - Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines - Collect primary biological samples as a licensed phlebotomist for internal laboratory use - Analyze routine data to confirm procedures are operating within acceptable tolerances - Identify, document, and escalate analytical deviations or unusual results to senior laboratory staff - Prepare data analysis results for upload into the LIMS system under senior staff guidance - Assist with quality investigations, deviations, and corrective actions - Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions required for lab...
