We’re looking for an experienced Performance Manager to lead passenger screening operations at Sydney Airport’s International Terminal—driving performance, compliance, and workforce readiness in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Job Impact: This is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end performance of security screening operations —balancing safety, service delivery, compliance, and commercial outcomes. You’ll lead a large frontline team, optimise workforce deployment, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure queue times, throughput, and customer experience targets are consistently achieved.
