The UX needed to build many of these products is yet to be determined. Chat is a good catch-all, but it is not optimal. There are so many open-ended questions. That is why now is the most exciting moment in the last 20 years to be building UX. We’re growing ~25% month-on-month. We’re moving extremely fast , and it’s incredibly exciting.
