Description This is a direct placement, full time position with Pavement Resources. Compensation: Base $60,000–$80,000 DOE + uncapped commission / performance bonuses Benefits: Full package per company policy About the Role: We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional to own growth across your territory for pavement maintenance, asphalt resurfacing, and new construction services. You’ll build and manage a high-activity pipeline spanning property managers, municipalities, general contractors, and commercial portfolios — becoming the trusted local face of Pavement Resources.
