Course and Curriculum Coordinator

Overview The Preclerkship phase curriculum and course coordinator supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the preclerkship medical curriculum. This role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and disseminating curricular related materials to ensure a high-quality, cohesive, educational experience for medical students. The coordinator serves as a key liaison among course directors, faculty, administration, staff, and students. Responsibilities: - Curriculum Coordination and Implementation - Coordinate day-to-day operations of PreClerkship courses (and remediation). - Collaborate with students, other curriculum coordinator(s), members of Office of Medical Education, etc. to ensure smooth functioning of PreClerkship Phase in the MD Program. - Support PreClerkship Phase course directors in session planning, execution, and follow-up. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic calendar schedules (draft and finalized), session materials, student attendance, and other course information across different platforms. - Assist with light editing of text (grammar, spelling, format) and educational material using multimedia and educational technology tools (lecture cap...
