We are hiring for a Full-Time Bakery Manager with a wage range of $45,000 - $60,000 at our location in Manning, AB. Job Duties/Responsibilities: ◦ Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould various types of artisanal bread ◦ Hand-Mould bread, baguettes, boule, etc. ◦ Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products ◦ Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer) - Lead Bakery Team to - Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts - Schedule Bakery Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met - Ensure company standards are met and d...
