Implements and executes the real estate strategy for the organization, in partnership with regional and department leadership, to maintain real estate policies, programs, and procedures for the ACS real estate portfolio, including leased, owned, donated, and new construction for properties, or potential properties, in the portfolio for all property types (Hope Lodge, Discovery Shop, offices, and held-for-sale) excluding Puerto Rico sites. Provides lease and sale negotiation and administration, for acquisition, disposal and moves, adds, or closures.
