If you have real estate or sales experience and looking to do something different to improve the lives of your unhoused neighbors this is the job for you. Under the direction of the Housing Location & Landlord Liaison Associate Director, the Landlord Relation Specialist will work to identify and secure available housing stock in the community for low-income households enrolled in a variety of subsidy programs. Program participants face many barriers to housing including, criminal backgrounds, poor credit history, mental health issues, drug and alcohol addictions, landlord screening and others. A primary function of this position is to negotiate with landlords and implementing solutions to housing barriers.
