Responsibilities: Troubleshoot battery storage systems to identify and resolve issues Manage a ticketing system to ensure that customer requests and issues are addressed promptly Collaborates with services and product teams, vendors, and others to develop and implement performance metrics, reports, and data analytics to track system performance and identify areas for improvement Analyze system data to identify trends and potential issues before they become critical Collaborate with o...
