The Role: The Stamping Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead will lead the local stamping CI agenda, driving top-quartile performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people for a contiguous stamping operation. In this role, you will lead the Fairfax Stamping CI using innovation, partner closely with plant personnel, and connect the site to the broader Stamping CI/Operational excellence network. You will initiate, prioritize, and execute projects that improve throughput, stamping metrics, speed attainment, and budget performance while supporting both current and major program launches. This position requires a strong hands-on background in stamping operations, data analysis, and engineering, combined with the ability to coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving.
