Location Tullamore, County Offaly: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You’re a strategic and commercially astute leader who thrives in high-paced, complex manufacturing environments. - Graduate calibre, with strong critical reasoning skills and decision-making ability - 10+ years leading large-scale FMCG or high-risk RTE food manufacturing operations - Proven leadership as a Factory Manager, Operations Director, or similar senior role - Solid grasp of Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies - Strong working knowledge of own-label manufacturing, retailer standards, and short shelf-life products - Qualifications in H&S and Food Hygiene - Competence across strategic planning, people development, change management, and commercial thinking Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
