Job Title President, West Division Job Description Summary: The Account Management Leader for the West Division will be responsible for all Global Occupier Services Client Accounts, within the GOS West Division of the United States. This individual will provide the necessary leadership and support to the Account teams with managing all aspects of the account evolution including, but not limited to, retention of existing business, expansion (geography/scope), service levels, contract renewals, team development, innovation, best practices and overall profitability. Job Description Essential functions and responsibilities: Responsible for implementing overall vision, strategy and multi-year contract/metrics for regional client accounts for applicable service lines; which could include: Portfolio & Workplace Strategy, Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, EH&S, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management.
