OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets and Collateral Management to support the delivery of large-scale business and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners, including risk, operations, and technology teams, to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in structured environments and is comfortable working with complex financial products, data, and regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector.
