Description Title: Director of Human Resources: Reports to: Associate Executive Director and Executive Director Job Objective: Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Responsibilities: · Assure that MHA and its mission, programs and services are consistently presented in an accurate, strong and positive image at all times. · Lead, motivate, supervise and assess competent and experienced human resource staff and maintain and continue to foster an environment of collaboration and innovation in accordance with authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. · Strategic Leadership – designing and implementing HR policies, success planning, talent management, organizational development and change management to align with agency objectives. · Employee Relations and Culture – foster a healthy workplace environment, resolving conflicts, handling workplace issues a...
