Business Analyst - Australia - Remote

Job description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across analysis, requirements, documentation, testing and customer engagement, supporting the evolution of our SecuritEase platform across multiple regions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following: ▪ Create, analyse, and validate functional specifications ▪ Analyse existing processes and identify improvements, alternatives, and potential areas of scalability ▪ Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution ▪ Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables ▪ Document new and updated business processes for end users ▪ Write user stories and create and execute test plans in conjunction with Development team and testers ▪ Support testing, training and implementation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the business and technology solutions. ▪ Review and revise documentation in light of any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk. ▪ Engage with and inform key stakeholders, including BA...
