Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The primary function of an employee in this class is to lead the Supply Chain Specialist team to manage the demand of a diverse portfolio of inventory, in several warehouses across different states, and manage the internal software application that the supply chain flows through to maintain balance between fulfillment and replenishment needs. Coordinating with Brand Managers, General Managers, Warehouse Management, and Execution Teams to ensure fill rates, inventory turns, and customer needs are meeting goals. When something significant changes in the supply chain, responding to these changes in fierce demand, and solving any supply chain problems that arise.
