Job Summary Reporting directly to the Director of Counseling & Psychological Services, this position is to serve as the Associate Director of Clinical Services, holding primary responsibility for development, support, and oversight of clinical systems and programs within CAPS. This position is also a member of the CAPS Leadership Team, manages personnel, and provides clinical services to students. The Associate Director of Clinical Services works closely with the Director and leads efforts regarding clinical service delivery, quality improvement, and student satisfaction. This position ensures that clinical care throughout Counseling & Psychological Services is provided in an efficient, timely, and culturally responsive manner. This position also consults routinely with CAPS employees on complex clinical issues and student support. The Associate Director engages in departmental assessment and other research activities, monitors the flow of students, and calibrates systems to accommodate demand, manage risk, and support clinicians.
