Description JOB SUMMARY: Working within the context of primary health care, population health approach and in accordance with the vision and values of the Vancouver Coastal Health, provides physiotherapy services to specific children (0 –19 years old) with physical, neurological and developmental challenges and to those who require episodic or palliative care. Coordinates the care plan for children with complex health needs and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, educational agencies and other health care professionals/providers/community agencies to achieve excellence in health services and education. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & ExperienceCurrent full registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).Two (2) years’ recent related clinical experience with the designated client population including care management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
