ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively performs skilled operations and maintenance in electrical distribution, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, information systems, mini-bar technology (Bartech), and building systems such as generator, sprinkler, meters, and gauges. Effectively performs skilled repairs, preventative maintenance to furniture, appliances, equipment, walls, walks, and building structures. Maintains fire system operations and equipment, testing regularly and replacing equipment as needed, extinguishes fires as needed.
