Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. · Experience partnering with Public Sector entities, including Military Housing, Higher Education, and State, Local, and Federal Government organizations. · 5+ years of experience managing a sales team, including hiring, performance management, and training of outside sales professionals. · Territory coverage includes the West and Midwest; candidates should reside within the territory, live near a major airport, and be comfortable with up to 70% travel. · Proficiency with Salesforce, Varicent, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Job Summary: Leads a team of sales managers and representatives in a designated region driving maximum sales growth and profitability for the organization. This position requires operation of a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week.
