Senior Business Development Specialist – Customer Operations (Telecom and Media) Location: Anywhere in United States (Remote) Hire Type: Full Time: Department: Global Sales: Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Leader will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth for eClerx across Customer Operations clients. This role focuses on originating, shaping, and closing large, complex deals by positioning eClerx’s capabilities across operations, analytics, digital transformation, AI, and managed services. The incumbent will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal solutioning and delivery teams to create differentiated, value-led solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes, including cost optimization, efficiency gains, revenue uplift, and improved customer experience.
