Description Head Start Birth-5 has an opening for a non-exempt full-time Health - Mental Health Manager working 35 hours a week, year-round. The Health - Mental Health Manager is responsible for managing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive health, dental, and mental health programs for enrolled pregnant women, enrolled children birth-5, and promoting staff wellness. The Manager also serves as a Head Start Birth-5 Management Team member with the responsibility of assuring Head Start Program Performance Standards and Indiana Daycare Licensing Regulations are met. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Education, or Human Services or correlated discipline is required; experience in prenatal and/or pediatric health administration preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Proficient in computer systems and functions, including Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Internet, and email usage. LHDC may provide on the job training to obtain the appropriate credentials if necessary.
