A Day in the Life of an IAF Team Member? As a Machine Operator, you will operate up to 3 machines to our safety, quality, and production standards. In this position, you will verify parts are correct for the process and load fasteners into the machine, understand how the process works, and keep up with the production cycle times of the machine(s).
