Opportunity Information Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Memory Care Specialist to join the Department of Cognitive & Behavioral Neurosciences within the SMG Neuroscience Service Line in Sacramento, California. Memory Care Specialist – Neurology / Psychiatry / Geriatrics Department of Cognitive & Behavioral Neurosciences Sutter Medical Group – Sacramento, CA We welcome applicants from the following backgrounds: This position serves an ambulatory practice role with no hospital call requirements. - Neurologists with training/experience in cognitive & behavioral neurology or dementia - Psychiatrists with training/experience in geriatric psychiatry or neurocognitive disorders - Geriatricians with focused expertise in memory care and dementia Role & Program: - Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, including a high volume of patients receiving monoclonal antibody infusion therapies (e.g., lecanemab/donanemab and future agents). - Practice within a multidisciplinary memory program in close collaboration with neuropsychology, social work, primary care, neurology, psychiatry, and geriatrics. -...
