This is a hands‑on leadership role for a builder and collaborator who enjoys shaping ideas into real, production‑ready solutions that improve care delivery and operations. Guide complex, ambiguous initiatives from concept through adoption, partnering closely with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure quality, scalability, and smooth transitions to steady‑state teams.
