Plumbing Foreman

Job description

Qualifications: - Supervise plumbing crews on job sites and assign tasks based on skill level. - Review blueprints and project plans to ensure compliance with plumbing codes. - Monitor progress and inspect work for quality and safety. - Coordinate with other trades and contractors to streamline workflow. - Manage necessary materials and equipment needed for job. - Train and mentor plumbing apprentices and helpers. - All other duties as assigned. - Must have high school diploma or GED - Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience. - 5-10 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications. - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficient with plumbing tools.
