The successful candidate will ideally possess 1 year experience as a restaurant leader or full service concept, the ability to influence, mentor and serve team members effectively. Our Assistant Managers starting hourly wage is between $12 and 13$ plus tips. We have been averaging just over $3.00 per hour in our company. The adjusted starting wage including tips would be around $14.00 to $17.00 per hour including tips.
