Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories related to construction and real estate, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience executing sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within construction categories. - Experience with agreements, including drafting, review, and management within construction categories.
