Your key responsibilities For your customer portfolio, you are responsible for the coordination and organisation of their Customer Care. You organise the operational follow-up of incoming issues or improvements and coordinate the planning to effectively resolve them, while always keeping close attention to the agreed budgets. You are responsible for the escalations of your clients and work with your peers to resolve issues. You are in close contact with your customers, understand their strategy to support them with their roadmap content definition. You take part in discussing and implementing new service delivery strategies to improve the overall customer experience. Skills for success: You have your residence in Belgium and speak fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus. You have 2-5 years of experience with implementing or managing software packages, either as a consultant, project manager, or service delivery manager. You have a strong affinity with IT and master 1 or more key business domains like Finance, Logistics, and/or Manufacturing. Knowledge or experience with CRM and/or ERP applications is a plus.
