Partner with the best: As a Learning & Development Specialist , you will be in charge of: Analyze training requests collected through BH platforms, differentiating instructor - led training, online training, learning experiences, mentoring needs, and other technical learning initiatives. Liaise with Engineering SMEs and training vendors to schedule classes throughout the year, considering global time zones. Identify , select, and coordinate external suppliers or internal BH trainers to ensure delivery commitment for scheduled offerings. Ensure all logistics requirements are met for both in-person and virtual classes, including room booking and class/exam setup.
