We provide mandatory on-site training and certification for all new hires. This is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career in the wood products industry. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts safely to transport lumber, logs, and finished products throughout the mill and yard. Support production lines by delivering materials and moving completed bundles. Conduct basic pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues. Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow yard layout and stacking procedures. Follow radio/hand signal communication and work safely around heavy machinery and pedestrians. Participate in safety meetings, hazard reporting, and required training sessions. Perform general mill and yard duties as assigned.
