Job Description Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) are looking for an EHS Manager to provide EHS leadership to the site and to be accountable for directing EHS activities at the location. To establish EHS objectives and targets, internal reporting of EHS performance and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The EHS Manager will support the implementation and operation of the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental management system including Championing the safety culture at the site through coaching and influencing the leadership team to achieve appliance external and internal standards Leading continuous improvement in EHS through risk and environmental impact reduction at the site to ensure compliance with regulatory, company standards and best practices - Risk assessments - Inspections - Incident investigations - Internal and external auditing - Lagging and leafing metrics - Training and development - Employee engagement Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining the site external certifications - Ensuring EHS metrics are reported accurately and on time - Ensuring regulatory compliance through regular reviews - Managing applicable air, water a...
