Assistant Principal of Discipline We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Principal of Discipline to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be a strong instructional leader with a solid understanding of student discipline procedures and daily school operations. Qualifications: Responsibilities: ◦ Coordinating and securing substitute teachers ◦ Managing staff coverage and scheduling ◦ Supporting attendance and supervision duties ◦ Oversee aftercare program - Master’s Degree in Education and/or Educational Leadership - Minimum of 3–5 years of successful teaching experience - Prior leadership or administrative experience preferred - Strong knowledge of student discipline policies and due process procedures - Experience conducting teacher evaluations and providing instructional feedback - Oversee and implement the school’s discipline policies in accordance with diocese and provincial/state regulations - Conduct investigations related to student behavior and ensure fair, consistent application of consequences - Maintain detailed documentation of disciplinary actions - Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and personnel - Promote a safe, r...
