Job Description: Position Summary and Purpose The Cardiac Sonographer has a working knowledge of adult (ages 18-65), geriatric (ages 66 and over), neonatal (birth to 12 months), and occasionally and adolescent (ages 12-17) echocardiography, where applicable. The Cardiac Sonographer presents a pleasing and helpful manner to the patient, physicians, visitors, members of the department, and all other medical personnel.
