Senior Sales Consultant The Sales Consultant will identify, open, and develop new market opportunities within a proactive sales environment. This role requires building technical expertise, maintaining strong market awareness, and managing client and candidate expectations. A key responsibility is contributing to team growth while acquiring new clients, retaining existing accounts, and supporting their progression to CDM, Enterprise, or Solution-level partnerships. The Sales Consultant will work closely with their manager to achieve personal objectives and deliver excellent commercial outcomes. This role is for our Iberia Office and the successful person will need to be based in or around the Madrid area in Spain. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Engagement: Proactively develop new business opportunities through marketing calls, client visits, presentations, and networking at industry events. Drive Gattaca plc’s penetration into new accounts by delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
