Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Coordinator to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The Registered Nurse Supervisor works collaboratively with the Department Director to coordinate patient care, oversee staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective critical care services. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership judgment, and a commitment to Trinity Health’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
