We are comprised of Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table and Union 212 Banquet Hall located in the lakes area of Oakland County. Bar Back / Busser Job Responsibilities: The Bar Back/Busser's role is to contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests by clearing tables of dirty dishes, glasswear and silverware. Sanitizing the tables and surrounding areas. Replacing table linens and setting tables for the next guest. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after guests are finished - Sanitize tables and chairs - Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other needed supplies - Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning - Help to restock kitchen with plates and other needed supplies - Maintain the dinning room - Assist Bartenders in cleaning glasswear, removing bus tubs and stocking bar - Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred - Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position - Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be hea...
