Field Training & Development Coordinator Lead, Coach, and Develop High-Performing Sales Teams Pay: $30/hour + performance-based commission: Earning Potential: Up to $75,000 annually Benefits: Full benefits package + PTO + paid mileage Work Environment: Hybrid (office training + field coaching) About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated leader and coach to help develop and support our Lead Generation team. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and performance development, helping new hires successfully transition from training into the field while continuing to grow existing team members.
